Biography
Environmental, Natural Resources, and Telecommunications Lawyer with more than 30 years of professional experience. He has served as legal expert to the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI), advisor to the Ministry of Forestry and Environment, and consultant for various international organizations and donor-funded projects including the European Union, GIZ, USAID, and the World Bank.
With extensive experience in legal practice, legislative drafting, environmental governance, forestry, and telecommunications, Dr. Sulaiman combines practical litigation expertise with policy and regulatory perspectives to deliver strategic legal solutions. He is currently the Managing Partner of Sulaiman N. Sembiring & Associates (SSA) and remains actively involved in legal education, professional organizations, and law reform initiatives in Indonesia.
